22 Year Old Drunk Driver Arrested - Name Released

The motor vehicle was located on Perth Line 26 in the Municipality of Perth South.
Twenty-year-old Brandon KITTMER of Zorra Township was arrested and charged with
Driving With More Than 80 Milligrams of Alcohol in Blood, contrary to section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code. A Honda Civic was towed from the scene and will be impounded for seven days. A 90 day licence suspension was also imposed.
KITTMER was released on a Promise to Appear and will appear in court at a later date.
Impaired driving will not be tolerated on our road ways. The Perth County OPP remains committed to locating and arresting those who endanger the lives of the public by operating a motor vehicle while impaired.
As we move toward the holiday season, safety must remain on our minds while travelling. Many families and workplaces will begin to host holiday gatherings throughout November and December.
