21 Year Old 2X Limit Arrested For Drunk Driving - Name Released

Officers located the vehicle and the male driver. The driver sustained minor injuries.
Officers determined that the 21-year-old male driver of the vehicle had consumed alcohol. He was placed under arrest and transported to a Middlesex County OPP detachment for breath tests. The breath tests revealed that the driver had more than 2 times the legal limit of alcohol in his blood.
As a result of the police investigation, Kevin WOLAK, of Middlesex Centre, has been charged with Driving While Ability Impaired and Driving with More than 80 mgs. of Alcohol in Blood pursuant to the Criminal Code of Canada (CCC).
The accused's vehicle has been seized for 7 days.
The accused was released on a Promise to Appear (PTA) and is scheduled to answer the charges in a London court on December 7, 2017.
