50 Year Old Drunk Driver Found Upside Down In Vehicle - Name Released

Upon arrival police located the lone driver upside down inside the vehicle. The driver was assisted from the vehicle and examined by Emergency Medical Services (EMS) personnel at the scene.
The driver, suspected of drinking alcohol, was transported to the Chatsworth OPP Detachment for breath tests after registering a "Fail" on the approved roadside breath screening instrument.
50-year old Richard MAJOR of South Bruce Peninsula was charged with having a blood/alcohol content of over 80 milligrams.
He is scheduled to appear in court in Owen Sound on February 1, 2018.
