Two Wanted Teenagers Arrested By Police - MILLER & SOUCH

Just after 10:00 p.m. a Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer observed a Honda Civic travelling southbound on Bluewater Veteran's Highway near Union Road at a high rate of speed. A RADAR device was used to confirm the visual observations made by the officer and the vehicle's speed was locked at a speed of nearly 30 km/h over the posted 80 km/h zone.
A traffic stop was conducted and upon identifying the two occupants of the vehicle both the driver and passenger were found to be wanted by police for two unrelated charges. As a result, both occupants were placed under arrest and the vehicle was searched. A search of the vehicle revealed the driver to be in possession of small quantities of cannabis and cocaine.
As a result, 18-year-old Cody SOUCH from Goderich is facing charges of Possession of Cannabis Marihuana, Possession of Cocaine, Speeding and Fail to Surrender Insurance Card. He is also facing the outstanding charges of Dangerous Driving and Criminal Harassment.
Police also arrested the passenger, 19-year-old Danielle MILLER from Bluewater with the outstanding offences of Dangerous Driving and Criminal Harassment.
Both remain in custody with court appearances scheduled for February 1, 2018 at the Ontario Court of Justice - Goderich.
