21 Year Old Arrested After Driving Rampage Through Wingham, Listowel, Palmerston and Stratford

Police received multiple reports across multiple jurisdictions of this vehicle driven in a dangerous manner. Witnesses in Wingham, Palmerston, Listowel and Stratford contacted police reporting this dangerous behaviour.
At approximately 4:00 p.m., the London Police Service notified the Middlesex County OPP of a vehicle that had failed to remain at the scene of a collision in the City of London. The suspect vehicle was later observed westbound on Oxford Street.
At approximately 6:00 p.m., members of the Middlesex County OPP responded to reports of a male attempting to enter parked vehicles in Kilworth. Officers attended the area and located the male in question.
The vehicle originally stolen from Huron East was recovered in Middlesex Centre.
As a result of the investigation, 21-year-old male Brandon ALEXANDER-STEVENS of North Perth, Ontario was arrested and charged with offences pursuant to the Criminal Code of Canada (CCC):
CC 249(1)(a) Dangerous Operation of Motor Vehicle
CC 252 Fail to Stop at Scene of Accident
CC 333.1 Theft of Motor Vehicle
CC 334(b) Theft Under $5000
CC 354(1)(a) Possession Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000 - in Canada
CC 355(b) Possession Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000
The accused is schedule to attend London court on March 26, 2018 to answer to the charges.
