Ward War Exposes North Huron Accounting Scandal & Spite Decisions - 25 Years Of Bad Books
Date: Sat Apr 7 05:29:00 MST 2018
Councillor Trevor Seip stated that "We as this council have been given a bad set of financial books from 25 yearsÖ"
The Ward War has resulted in Blyth and E-W forcing the Wingham police on Wingham ratepayers costing taxpayers untold millions. Blyth & E-W are laughing their asses off since they donít have to pay for it, only the Wingham Ward. Taxation without representation is tyranny.
The Ward War has resulted in 75% of Wingham sidewalks not being cleared out of spite and hatred. Some think everyone in Wingham are entitled to fair and equal service, some donít. They basically told all our children and pedestrians to ďgo play in trafficĒ. Why, because itís funny of course and it may save money. It wonít and you would know that if you have been reading the agenda packages.
Other Ward War Results:
Howson Dam stopped being maintained about 15 years ago at a cost of a few grand a year. Now it will cost us millions to fix or remove.
Our indoor pool at the complex is closed during the hot summer weekends, and now most of the summer. We lost our outdoor pool, and Town Hall wonít let you put up those inflatable pools.
The Museum building has not been maintained since amalgamation, now it will cost $3.8 million to bring up to standard. Blyth and E-W simply have refused to allow any money to be spent on maintaining any Wingham infrastructure.
Blyth and E-W have let Wingham rot and forced the us to pay 2-3X more for policing just out of spite.
