"Our public parks are utilized by children, families and pets. This type of irresponsible behaviour puts others at unnecessary risk. While the intentions may have been to have fun, there could have been far more serious consequences. We are encouraging this driver to come forward and speak with police." Staff Sergeant Steph Pilon, Perth County OPP.
The motor vehicle is described as a dark blue, 4-door car with dark tinted windows. Anyone with additional information is asked to contact police at 1-888-310-1122.
