15 Year Old Driver Charged Following Collision

The motor vehicle was travelling in the area of Perth Line 5 when it entered the ditch. Through investigation, it was determined that the operator of the vehicle was fifteen-years-old. A sixteen-year-old passenger was also in the vehicle at the time. No injuries were reported.
The driver was charged with careless driving, as well as driving without a licence. An investigation into this occurrence continues.
The youth cannot be identified under provisions of the Provincial Offences Act
