Christopher BIG GEORGE - Drunk Driving

As a result of the investigation, Christopher BIG GEORGE, 26 years of age, of Couchiching First Nation, was charged with the following offences:
Driving with more than 80 Milligrams of Alcohol in Blood contrary to section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code.
Novice driver - B.A.C. (blood alcohol concentration) above zero contrary to section 44.1(3) of the Highway Traffic Act of Ontario,
Class G1 licence holder - drive at unlawful hour contrary to section 5(1)(6) of Highway Traffic Act Ontario Regulation 340/94.
The accused was released on a Promise to Appear and is scheduled to attend court in answer to the charges at the Ontario Court of Justice in Fort Frances on August 27, 2018.
