22 Year Old Charged With Flight From Police - Name Released

On Sunday January 27, 2019 just after 2:00 a.m. a South Bruce OPP officer was patrolling the area of Huron-Kinloss in a marked police cruiser when the officer initiated a traffic stop. The male operating the All-Terrain Vehicle failed to stop for police and fled the area. A member of the South Bruce OPP was able to track down the suspect at a residence where he was arrested.
22-year-old Morley Timothy Mitchell of Huron-Kinloss has been charged with Adult Flight from Peace Officer S. 320.17 CC
The accused was held in custody and is scheduled to appear in court on January 28, 2019.
