33 Year Old Gets 3 Day Suspension - Name Released

While speaking with the driver, the Officer detected the odour of an alcohol on the driver's breath. The driver was read the demand to provide a sample of his breath into an Approved Screening Device (ASD). The driver registered an 'Alert' and had his licence suspended for 3 days.
Michael WEBER, 33-years-old, of the Township of Perth East was also charged with and issued Provincial Offence Notices under the Highway Traffic Act, Compulsory Automobile Insurance act and the Liquor Licence act for the following;
Driver fail to surrender licence
Fail to surrender permit for motor vehicle
Drive motor vehicle, no currently validated permit
Fail to surrender insurance card
Driving motor vehicle with open container of liquor
