45 Year Old Arrested At RIDE - Name Released

When officers initiated a traffic stop they observed the driver showing signs of impairment and determined the driver had consumed alcohol. The driver was arrested and transported to detachment for further tests.
The male driver, Jamie MACKENZIE, a 45-year-old from Kincardine, Ontario, has been charged with:
Operation while impaired by alcohol contrary to S. 320.14(1)(a) CC
Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration 80 plus contrary to S. 320.14(1)(b) CC
The accused is required to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice - Walkerton, on April 10, 2019 to answer to the charges. His driver's licence was suspended for an automatic 90 days and his vehicle was impounded for seven days.
