Drunk Driver Arrested At RIDE - ROBINSON

On Sunday, May 5, 2019, just before 1:00 a.m., police were conducting a R.I.D.E program (Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere) in the area of Havelock Street North in Huron-Kinloss Township when a vehicle was stopped and checked for driver sobriety.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 47-year-old Matt Robinson of Huron-Kinloss Township, Ontario with the following offence:
Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration 80 plus - S. 320.14(1)(b) CC
The accused is required to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice - Walkerton, on May 29, 2019 to answer to the charge.
