Drunk Driver Arrested At RIDE - DOXTATOR

A motor vehicle entered the RIDE checkpoint and the officers determined driver of the vehicle had consumed alcohol. The driver was requested to provide a road-side breath sample and the driver registered a 'FAIL'. They were arrested and transported to a police station for further testing.
As a result of the police investigation, Terry DOXTATOR, 66-year-old of Southwold, Ontario was charged with Operation While Impaired - Blood Alcohol Concentration (80 plus), pursuant to the Criminal Code of Canada (CC).
The accused was issued a 90 day Automatic Drivers Licence Suspension (ADLS), and the vehicle was impounded for seven days. They are scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in London, Ontario on July 22, 2019.
