Weapons Call In South Huron - Do You Recognize This Person?

On Sunday, September 22, 2019 at approximately 9:15 a.m. Huron OPP officers responded to a call for assistance at a gas station located on Main Street North in Exeter.
Investigators have learned the driver of a Volkswagen Passat pulled up and parked in the fuel bay area near the store while a passenger in the vehicle entered the store and made a routine purchase. The passenger returned to the vehicle and moments later as the vehicle was departing the driver pulled out a handgun and pointed it in the direction of the store employee and a customer in the store.
The suspect vehicle then sped off last seen by witnesses travelling southbound on Highway 4. Officers completed extensive patrols for the suspect vehicle however it has not yet been located.
Investigators would like to identify the driver of the grey Volkswagen Passat involved in this incident. He is described as a being a white male, 5'8", with a medium/muscular build and short hair. He was wearing a t-shirt, black pants, tan coloured boots, a black baseball cap and sunglasses.
