Officers responded quickly and located the motor vehicle. In speaking with the driver, it was determined that the driver's ability to operate a motor vehicle was impaired. The driver was arrested and transported to the Sebringville OPP detachment for further testing.
Keith JOHNS, 52-years-old, of West Perth was arrested and charged with;

Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, Stratford on December 30, 2019 to answer the charge.

"Those that make the decision to get behind the wheel of a vehicle impaired need to realize that impaired driving is simply not worth the risk - not to the innocent people who may be involved in a crash and not to the individual making the choice to get behind the wheel impaired." Inspector Rob Scott, Detachment Commander, Perth County OPP.
