Repeat Offender Caught Again - Jacob COCKRAM

On Sunday, December 15, 2019 Huron OPP officers were contacted by a staff member of a restaurant in Goderich after it was learned someone had broken into an outbuilding on their property and stole five empty beer kegs.
Shortly thereafter police received information that a customer had just returned two of the stolen kegs to the Beer Store for a cash deposit. Police were able to locate the suspect and through some further investigation they connected the suspect to the break, enter and theft.
Jacob COCKRAM, 29 years of age from Goderich has been charged with Break & Enter, Theft Under $5,000, Fraud Under $5,000, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime and two counts of Fail to Comply with Probation Order.
He was released from custody with a court appearance scheduled for January 13, 2020 at the Ontario Court of Justice - Goderich.
