David MARTIN Was Arrested Again

(ELLIOT LAKE, ON) – On July 3, 2024, at approximately 6:40 p.m. the East Algoma Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) executed a warrant and arrested a person at a residence on Hillside Drive South.

Police attended the residence and arrested the person for failing to attend court on numerous occasions to answer to previous charges.

David MARTIN, 61-years-old, of Elliot Lake, was charged with: Failure to attend court

and was scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice Bail Court in Sault Ste. Marie on July 4, 2024.
