On October 3, 2024, at approximately 2:15 p.m., a member of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Traffic Unit was performing a traffic enforcement initiative and observed a suspicious vehicle at which time a traffic stop was initiated.
As a result of the investigation, Kenneth MUNN, a 60-year-old resident of Guelph, was charged under the Criminal Code and the Highway Traffic Act with:
Operation while prohibited
Driving while under suspension (two counts)
Drive commercial motor vehicle improper licence
The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice Guelph on November 06, 2024.
