(ARRAN-ELDERSLIE, ON) – On November 11, 2024, at approximately 11:22 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a suspicious vehicle along 1st Avenue South in Chesley.

Police located the vehicle and as a result of the interaction, the occupant was arrested for impaired operation.

Shelly FAULHAFER, 47-years-old, from the Municipality of Arran-Elderslie was charged with:



Impaired Operation – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus), CC 320.14(1)(a)
The accused is set to appear in the Walkerton Court of Justice on December 18, 2024.
