Luke BELISLE Drunk Driving

On January 25, 2025, at 8:23 p.m., a member of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), while on general patrol on Hamilton Road in Thames Centre, observed a vehicle travelling in excess of the posted speed limit.
A traffic stop was initiated.
The driver was arrested and transported to the Middlesex OPP detachment.
As a result, Luke BELISLE, a 24-year-old of London, has been charged under the Criminal Code and Highway Traffic Act with:
· Operation while impaired blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
· Speeding 1 49 Km/h over posted limit
The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice to speak to the charges on March 10, 2025.
The Middlesex OPP wants to remind the public that if you see anything suspicious or suspect an impaired driver you should contact the Ontario Provincial Police or your nearest police authority immediately.
