Darcy MANN Drunk Driving

On January 28, 2025, at 10:50 p.m., members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police were engaged in a Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere (RIDE) program, on Mill Pond Crescent in Thames Centre.
A vehicle entered the program at which time a traffic stop was initiated.
Darcy MANN, a 32-year-old of Thames Centre, has been charged under the Criminal Code, Liquor Licence Control Act and Cannabis Control Act with:
· Operation while impaired blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
· Driving motor vehicle with liquor readily available
· Drive vehicle or boat with cannabis readily available
The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice on March 26, 2025, to speak to the charges.
