On February 27, 2025, at 9:50 a.m., members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), were dispatched to an address on Middlemiss Drive in Munsee-Delaware First Nation for the report of a break and enter in progress.
Officers arrived on scene and located an individual fleeing from the property on foot.
The male was located and arrested not far from the scene.
As a result, Dennis HENRY, a 33-year-old of Chippewas of the Thames First Nation, has been charged under the Criminal Code with:
Break, Enter a dwelling house with intent to commit indictable offence
Mischief Under $ 5,000
The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice on April 22, 2025, to speak to the charges.
