Tracey Trenholme Was Arrested Details Released

On February 25, 2025, shortly after 10:00 a.m., members of the Russell County OPP responded to a report of an aggressive individual at a business in Limoges. Upon arrival on scene, it was determined that the individual had attempted to punch the employee before leaving the scene in a vehicle.
At approximately 10:20 a.m., officers completed a traffic stop on a vehicle, matching the description and licence plate number provided by the complainant. The driver was arrested and subsequent investigation revealed he was a prohibited driver. Due to his driving prohibition, the vehicle was impounded for 45 days.
As a result, Tracey Trenholme, of St. Catharines, Ontario was charged with the following under the Criminal Code of Canada (CC) and the Highway Traffic Act of Ontario (HTA):
Operation While Prohibited under the Criminal Code 5 Counts
Driving while under suspension (HTA) 3 Counts
Assault (CC)- 1 Count
The accused was held for a bail hearing and later released and is to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in LOrignal on April 2, 2025.
