Meth Bust 4 Arrested

On March 26, 2025, members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), the Elgin-Middlesex County OPP Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU), Lambton OPP CSCU, OPP Tactics and Rescue Unit (TRU), and OPP Emergency Response Team (ERT) executed a search warrant at an address on Ewen Avenue in Glencoe, Municipality of Southwest Middlesex.
CSCU members recovered multiple firearms, including a loaded shotgun, a bolt action rifle, three pellet guns, a replica Glock Pistol, a starter pistol and multiple rounds of ammunition.
Police also seized just over $3,000 worth of illicit drugs, suspected to be fentanyl, methamphetamine, hydromorphone and oxycodone.
Kimberly BAHRO, a 58-year-old of Glencoe, has been charged under the Criminal Code and Controlled Drugs and Substances Act with:
Unauthorized Poss of a Firearm
Knowledge of Unauthorized Possession of Firearm
Careless storage of Firearm, Weapon, Prohibited device or ammunition
Poss of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking-Opioid (other than heroin)
Poss of a Schedule I Substance Methamphetamine
Poss of a Schedule I Substance Opioid (other than heroin)
Ryan LEGARY, a 35-year-old of Glencoe, has been charged under the Criminal Code and Controlled Drugs and Substances Act with:
Unauthorized Poss of a Firearm
Knowledge of Unauthorized Possession of Firearm
Careless storage of Firearm, Weapon, Prohibited device or ammunition
Poss of Firearm or Ammunition contrary to Prohibition Order
Fail to Comply with Probation Order
Poss of a Schedule I Substance Methamphetamine
Ashley HAWLEY, a 34-year-old of Glencoe, has been charged under the Criminal Code and Controlled Drugs and Substances Act with:
Unauthorized Poss of a Firearm
Knowledge of Unauthorized Possession of Firearm
Careless storage of Firearm, Weapon, Prohibited device or ammunition
Poss of a Schedule I Substance Methamphetamine
The three accused were held for bail.
A fourth individual, a 47-year-old of London, has been charged under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act with Poss of a Schedule I Substance Methamphetamine and has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice to speak to the charges on May 8, 2025.
