On March 28, 2025, at approximately 4:30 p.m., Huronia West OPP officers responded to a disabled vehicle on Concession 12 Sunnidale in Clearview Township.
Officers located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. After speaking with the occupants and identifying the driver, officers noticed the drivers behaviour showing signs of impairment and conducted an impaired driving investigation. As a result of the investigation, Tyler KEARN, 32-year-old of Barrie was arrested and has been charged with the following:
· Operation while Impaired Alcohol and Drugs
· Operation while Prohibited under the Criminal Code
· Take Motor Vehicle Without Consent
· Assault Spousal
· Driving while under suspension (HTA)
· Driving While Under Suspension (HTA)
The accused is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
