(BROCKTON, ON) – On April 25, 2025, at approximately 6:32 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a motor vehicle collision along Bruce Road 3, Municipality of Brockton.



On arrival, officers observed a single motor vehicle had entered the ditch. The investigating officer detected signs of impairment from the involved driver. The driver was placed under arrest and transported for further testing.

Michael VAUGHAN, 56-years-old, of the Municipality of Brockton was charged with:

Impaired Operation (80 plus), CC 320.14(1)(b)
The accused is set to appear in the Walkerton Court of Justice on May 28, 2025.
