Bradley WALSH Was Arrested

On Monday, June 16, 2025, just after 11:30 p.m., Bancroft OPP officers were conducting traffic patrol on Highway 62 North in Hastings Highlands. Officers observed a vehicle with safety concerns and subsequently stopped the vehicle. An Approved Screening Device was used during the stop, as a result the driver was transported to the detachment for further testing.
Bradley WALSH, a 23-year-old resident of Killaloe, has been charged with refusal to comply with a demand.
The accuseds licence was suspended for 90 days and their vehicle impounded for seven days. The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Bancroft on July 8, 2025.
