SINGH Facing Numerous Charges

On Saturday, June 14, 2025, at approximately 8:45 p.m., OPP observed a commercial motor vehicle with obvious tire defects travelling along Highway 11. Upon initiating a traffic stop, the officer conducted a thorough inspection and identified multiple serious mechanical and administrative defects with the vehicle.
As a result of the investigation, the driver was arrested for dangerous operation of a conveyance and charged with Criminal Code, Highway Traffic Act and Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act offences. The vehicle was towed and impounded.

Operate a motor vehicle without insurance
Fail to surrender permit
Fail to surrender permit for trailer
Draw trailer no plate

The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Haileybury, on Tuesday September 23, 2025.
The company is scheduled to appear in Provincial Offences Court in Temiskaming at a later date.
