Repeat Offender Arrested Following Assault

As a result of the investigation, OPP learned that the involved suspect had allegedly committed criminal offences on another person.
The suspect was located and arrested on June 13th, and charged under the Criminal Code with the following offences:
Kevin MONTEITH, 46 years-of-age from Bluewater has been charged with:
Assault with a Weapon,
Uttering Threats to Cause Death or Bodily Harm,
Fail to Comply with Probation.
The accused was processed, held for a bail hearing, and remanded into custody with a court date scheduled at the Ontario Court of Justice Goderich.
