(GODERICH, ON) – Several accused individuals are scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Goderich today, Wednesday, October 8, 2025, for a mix of bail hearings, trial date settings, and other criminal proceedings.

The morning session begins at 10:00 a.m., with appearances taking place both by video link and in person.



Among those listed on today’s criminal docket are:

Shayne COUTURIER – set date for trial (video appearance)
Robert FEHR – two separate bail phase matters (video)
Travis JOHNSON – set date for trial (video)
Stephen JOYES – two bail phase matters (video)
David PROUSE – bail hearing/show cause (in person)
Michael VOCK – set date for trial (video)
Jocelyn WRIGHT – two bail phase matters (video)
Most of the accused are appearing via video conference, while Prouse is scheduled to appear in person for a bail hearing.
