Teens Caught Trespassing For 3AM Swim

(WALKERTON, ON) - On August 3, 2012 at 3:17 am, a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along James Street, Walkerton discovered 4 people swimming at the Centennial Park Pool. The pool is closed during the overnight hours. The 4 swimmers, between the ages of 14 years old and 16 years old, were all charged. 3 were charged under the Trespass to Property Act for “Enter when entry prohibited”, the other was charged for “Person under 19 years have alcohol”.
