Another Mugging In Kitchener

On December 30, 2017, at approximately 9:40 p.m., Waterloo Regional Police responded to a report of a robbery at Doon Village Road, near Bechtel Drive, in Kitchener. A male and female were confronted by two suspects who demanded they hand over their phones. The suspects then fled on foot into Wheatfield Park from Doon Village Road. No one was injured. The suspects are described as males with dark complexions, between 17 to 18 years old and 150 to 160 pounds. One was about six-feet, four inches tall with a slim build and short hair. He was wearing a blue windbreaker, blue jeans over top of black basketball shorts and a dark belt with a metal buckle. The second male was about six feet five inches tall and was wearing a black hoodie and carrying an orange and white basketball.
