Braydon GARDINER - Drunk Driving, 150 in a 90

While speaking with the driver, the officer determined the driver had consumed alcohol. The driver was transported to detachment for further tests.
Upon further investigation, the male driver, Braydon GARDINER, 29-years-old of Tilbury, Ontario, was charged with the following:
drive motor vehicle with more than 80 milligrams of alcohol in blood, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada, and
race motor vehicle - stunt, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
The accused is required to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice on July 27, 2018 to answer to the charge.
Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is actively monitoring the "Big 4" driving behaviours; impaired driving, speeding, distracted driving, and seatbelt usage.
