Joseph HERRON - Drunk Driving, Breach, Drive While Suspended

The driver was attempting to roll the all-terrain vehicle back onto its wheels as the officers arrived.
Officers spoke with the driver, and found that he had been consuming alcohol.
As a result of the investigation, Joseph HERRON, 45 years of Faraday Township has been charged with:
Driving while ability Impaired - motor vehicle
Fail to comply with Probation order
Driving with more than 80mgs of Alcohol in blood and
Driving while under suspension.
The accused received a 90 day driver's license suspension and the vehicle was also impounded for seven days.
The accused was released on a promise to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Bancroft on August 21, 2018.
