Three Charged In Sudden Death Investigation - ROBERTSON, WOOD & WELLINGS

Hillary Elizabeth ROBERTSON, 29-years-old, of Haldimand County, Ontario has been charged with the following offences:
Manslaughter, contrary to section 236(b) of the Criminal Code (CC);
Causing death by criminal negligence, contrary to section 220(b) of the CC;
Trafficking in substance- Carfentanyl, contrary to section 5(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substance Act (CDSA).
Terry Anthony WOOD, 32-years-old of Haldimand County, Ontario has been charged with:
Manslaughter contrary to section 236(b) of the CC;
Causing death by Criminal Negligence contrary to section 220(b) of the CC;
Trafficking in substance- Carfentanyl contrary to section 5(1) of the CDSA.
Jesse Ross WELLINGS, 27-years-old of Haldimand County, Ontario has been charged with:
· Possession for the purpose of trafficking-carfentanyl, contrary to section 5(2) of the CDSA.
The three accused are being held in custody and are scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice located in Cayuga on Thursday, August 15, 2019, at 9:00 a.m.
