Driver Caught Going 130 in an 80 on Hwy 21

(KINCARDINE, ON) - On November 24, 2019 at 7:24 p.m., a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along Highway 21 in the Municipality of Kincardine noticed a vehicle moving at a high rate of speed. The vehicle speed was displayed on radar at more than 130 km/h in a posted 80 km/h zone. Thirty-year-old Cody LIVERANCE of Northern Bruce Peninsula was charged with race a motor vehicle. He is scheduled to appear in court on December 3, 2019 to answer to the charge.
This charge includes an immediate 7-day licence suspension and 7-day vehicle impound.
