Officers mediated the situation and guests of the residence agreed to stay at a hotel and leave by way of a cab due to their level of intoxication. Police returned to the residence to retrieve property that had been left behind and when they went back outside they observed a red pickup truck being operated by the same intoxicated person that they were just dealing with.
